Teso Community in Manafwa Endorse Musibikha for Woman MP Seat

The Teso community in Manafwa district yesterday Sunday endorsed Annet Musibikha as their sole candidate for the Woman Member of Parliament seat in the 2026 elections.
The endorsement was made by Papa Paul Sanda Emolot, the cultural leader of the Teso cultural institution, during a fundraising event for Aderema deliverance church In Bunabwana sub county
Musibikha expressed gratitude for the endorsement, promising to lobby for the interests of Manafwa’s residents if elected.
She demonstrated her commitment by contributing one million shillings towards the church’s construction and donating three bursaries through the Uganda Chamber of Commerce, Soroti branch.
Musibikha joins a field of other candidates vying for the same position, including Rose Mutonyi and former Minister Mary Kitutu Gorret.
