Be exemplary when it comes to development, Minister Musenero appeals to clan heads

The Minister for Science Technology and Innovative has asked clan leaders from Bukedi Sub Region to act as an example as they take on the wealth creation gospel.
In a bid to implement the Bukedi strategic plan, Minister Musenero met with Clan Heads from Obwaikumbania Bwa Bugwere to enlighten how to improve productivity in Agriculture.
The clan leaders were subdivided into groups and tasked to make Balanced sheets of different enterprises they venture in.
At the end of the one day training, majority of the Clan heads discovered that they have been operating under losses and opted to change to better earning enterprises.
During her closing remarks, the Minister asked the clan heads to act as examples to their subjects and be a changing agent in society.
“When advising you grand children at least in the next few years advise them under a cocoa plantation or a coffee plantation. ”
“Leadership is not by title or respect but you should be a great example to your subject. ”
“First be an example them secondly mobilization and teaching your subjects. ”
Minister Musenero also called for unity and revival of harmony in society. “One of the major obstacles of development in our areas is disunity. Those small differences and boundaries should be abolished.”
She also asked the Caln leaders to be just in their areas of jurisdiction. “Also avoid being biased, nothing kills the unity like being biased. ”
Dr. Musenero appealed to the clan leaders to make groups of women and Youths to foster development.
The Prime Minister of Bugwere Joel Mugulusi appealed for Peace, Unity and Unity. “We are going no where without unity, because without unity we shall not achieve the goals that we have set today. ”
“The Clan heads are a great element and they are very important when it come to development.”
“Let’s also Patriotic, But as well let’s manage our affairs as us because because at the end of the day no one will change affairs here in Bugwere. ”
He thanked the Minister for her sacrifice in making lives Better in the Region.
“Our clan heads are very good people and if used well can be a big changing agent in the region.”
The Minister has formed the Bukedi Development Consortium Headed by Dr. Kisale James that will spearhead the Implementation of the Bukedi Development Plan.

Dr. Musenero appealed to the clan leaders to vote for president Museveni come 2026 in order to make the Bukedi Strategic Development Plan a reality.
