How PDM is Transforming Lives in Namutumba

Namutumba: The Parish Development Model (PDM), a government wealth creation program is continuing to change lives of citizens across Uganda, empowering communities with financial support to invest in their futures.
In Eastern Uganda’s Namutumba District, Mr. Waiswa Robert, a 62-year-old farmer from Buwaga Village, turned his UGX 1M PDM funds into a thriving goat farm. From 5 goats to 16, he now dreams of becoming the top goatherd in Namutumba!
Another beneficiary , Mrs. Namukuve Suzan used her UGX 1M to buy a cow. A year later, she sold a calf for UGX 400K, which helped her cover children’s school fees and reinvested the balance in farming. Another calf is on the way!
These two are just. Snippet of are real success stories of how PDM is empowering Ugandans to build sustainable livelihoods!
