Just In: Museveni appoints Arthur Mugyenyi as new ISO director
President Yoweri Museveni has appointed Arthur Mugyenyi ad the New Director General of the Internal Security Organization.
The Presidential Press Unit announced on Tuesday that Mugyenyi shall replace Brig. Gen. Charles Oluka who passed on 29th January this year.
Consequently, Deputy Director Col. Emma Katabazi has replaced by Tony Kinyera Apecu. Col. Katabazi has also been appointed as Deputy Ambassador.
