Mbale’s finest kick-boxer Sinan Lukwago alias Snan WilzUG is set to reprsent Uganda in the forthcoming Gamma World Championship set to take place in Sao Paulo, in Brazil from June 15th-25th, 2025.
Sinan who recently held a successful fight at Jenga sports rehabilitation outreach in Mbale city against Kenya’s Hillary Andati, is back in the GYM for serious training under the guidance of his tireless coach, Muzamir Magulu.
He (Sinan), last year secured a dominant win against Magumba and is currently the All World Fight Organization System (A.F.S.O) Lightweight Ugandan Champion, a victory that made a lot of sports enthusiasts start the narrations on Kickboxing.
Lukwago’s journey to the top is far from a straight kick. Sinan Lukwago born and raised in Busamaga, Mbale City, literally started his kickboxing journey at a young age (six).
At that age-Sinan was already throwing around kicks and punches as he watched his uncle (Muzamiru Magulu) who is also his personal coach do his training at home. Lukwago’s first ever opportunity in a ring for a fight came when he was fourteen years old.
The former captain is now appealing to all well-wishers to support him financially.
In a related development, Mbale kickboxing club where Sinan was the captain is also heading to Kenya this month (24th May) with their captain Hashim Lukwago leading the line of fighters.
