Media Bosses to undergo Cadreship training in June, confirms Muhoozi
Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba has that media directors and CEOs shall undergo a media training in june.
Last week, Muhoozi Kainerugaba revealed that his father and commander in chief had instructed him to streamline the media industry by first taking media owners to a cadres training.
Muhoozi consequently asked Balaam Barugahara to take on the responsibility to organize the mdeia.
Yesterday, the Uganda Communications Commission summoned media bosses to discuss issues concerned with promotion of hate speech.
Among those at the high table was Youths Minister Balaam Barugahara, UCC executive director Nyombi Thembo and Security Chiefs.
Muhoozi was impressed with what transpired and was full of praise of his junior and the UCC executive director.
“I thank Hon.Balaam and Hon. Nyombi Thembo for their great work. I will meet with some of the media owners and MDs next week. The cadre course begins in June!
