Police to arrest, Expose & prosecute fake pastors in Uganda

Police in Uganda has threatened to arrest, expose and Prosecute fake pastors who masquerade as pastors in the day and traditional healers in the night.
Kituma Rusoke the police spokesman reveals that In Uganda, numerous individuals have fallen victim to fake pastors and traditional healers, resulting in significant financial losses amounting to millions of shillings. Preliminary investigations reveal the following patterns:
He adds that these individuals pose as religious pastors during the day but transform into traditional healers at night.
He also revealed that their places of worship often include traditional shrines.
“When victims demand refunds which is usually inform of cash and physical property, these fake pastors /healers resort to issuing threats.
The police have identified several suspects and plan to expose them as well as have them prosecuted. In the meantime, we urge the public to be cautious and report any encounters with these deceitful individuals to police.” Police Spokesman said in a statement.
