The queen mother foundation under Bugwere king has successfully trained and passed out 350 youths from the districts that form the Obwaikubania kingdom and the neighbouring from Busoga and Bugisu.

In the training that kicked off on Monday this week at High Light senior Secondary schools Kadama in Budaka District successfully ended on Friday.
The Ekisisira training which has been spear headed by Esther Nyende the Itulula chairperson said this is the second time that the Queen mother foundation has organised such a traditional training. The first training was conducted last year and this is the second time.
She says this training helps shape the youths. In the activities trained in the Ekisisira include hand craft work, how to handle health , being desiplined in both the community and at school , how to do domestic work and business, projects and creativity.
Esther also said they have trained both boys and girls marriage matters for those who are soon becoming fathers and mothers.
She says the training has helped in the shaping the morals of youths in Bugwere land.
She adds that this has helped reduce early pregnancies and marriages since girls are taught how to make their own money than falling for small gifts from strangers.
However the ikumbania thanked the Queen mother Foundation and pledged to support the youths who have been passed out with different talents and issued certificates of participation to them. He urged parents to send more children next year so that they curb the increasing bad peer in youths.
He sounded a strong warning to those going to participate in politics not to look at money but elect people with sound minds and those going to cooperate with the government and support it’s projects for the development of Bugwere land and Uganda as a country.
