What went wrong in kawempe by election 8000votes in 2021 and 8000 in 2025 where are the ghetto youths Museveni funded

Opinion: In 2021 elections in kawempe North the late hon segirinya got over 40,000 votes and NRM candidate (Kasenge Tom) got 8,000 votes yet he was a native who grew up in kawempe and went through all levels of leaders and after 4 years we have gone through another election and nrm has got 8,000 votes again and Nup candidate has got 17k votes those with strong minds can make an analysis.

Hon Nalukoola who is a new kid on the block doubled the nrm candidate (Nambi Faridah) a veteran politician who was given the flag by Tanga Odoi and everyone knew that it was a biased decision because she was already having an nrm flag of woman mp Kampala and there was a people’s choice but the EC dictatorial chairperson made his decision.

With all the efforts in Kampala through the ghetto structures where the president has invested billions of money into the youths nrm only secured the past support of 8,000 votes.

In my opinion the ghetto structures in kawempe which are given billions have over 40,000 youths and it’s claimed that they have fully joined NRM and the ghetto organizers are always telling us that they have changed Kampala, which signal is this as we head to 2026?.

To the nrm Secretariat who is to address the misunderstandings at the Secretariat because director mobilisation Hon Sseninde has become a goddess and her skills are outdated and along the way the Secretary general has not been active because Hon Nabanja has taken over his work during any mobilisation yet her strategies are good for a comedy show.

In all her mobilisation if it’s not rigging plan we lose miserably, can we leave each department to do it’s work 🤷‍♂️ we spent money Nup traded hate and they managed us who heads the NRM media that still thinks that people watch TVs.

Hon Dombo should also upgrade, many things are in the world of AI and this was the Nup campaign strategy and it worked, they looked for sympathy, painted the party with a bad name and he acknowledged yet in public relations apologizing is the hardest thing to do. This gave Nup and upper hand.

Who sent the JAT to kawempe to promote Nup, this is a question to remember, with over 7bn museveni has spent in ghetto he has truly promoted NUP because the foot soldiers are now empowered this cuts across to all other towns in Uganda.

I saw the heads of ghetto registering IDs for the ghetto youths and I knew that bobi wine is going to give us a sleepless election in 2026 since we fell into his trap.

Our president should consider a lot of strategies to win the forthcoming elections, if for not COVID 19 bobi wine’s rallies could have shown a different image to the people in 2021 and now without COVID 19 which strategy does NRM have for 2026.

Even after ferrying people for the kawempe rally bobi wine’s rally was x5 Jajja museveni’s rally because the president’s rally mobilizers were the same people like always.

Why was Hajjat Hadijah Namyalo who is the darling of all people be in opposition or nrm not in kawempe 🤷‍♂️ we hard people singing her name in all corners because she is the chief muzzukulu and bazzukulu hear her voice unlike the guarded people with no mobilization strategy. Why do museveni fear to unleash his secret lethal weapon of Hajjat Hadijah Namyalo and sends people who are only focused on enriching themselves.

Will the wave sweep Buganda region again or nrm can reclaim it what should be the strategy 🤷‍♂️

Are the ghetto structures impactful or Nrm is investing in Nup strategy what should be done because if 20k ghetto youths in kawempe could have voted for the nrm candidate it could be a massive win.

Many questions but no answers so far NRM revise yourselves or more embarrassment ahead. Congratulations to counsel Nalukoola go and eat.
