William Saliba confirms he is staying at Arsenal despite Real Madrid interest

Arsenal Defender William Saliba has confirmed he will be staying at Arsenal beyond next summer.
With two years left on his contract, there have been rumours that the French defender would join Real Madrid after being heavily linked to the Galacticals this summer.
However the Arsenal Centre Back cleared the Air in a pre match press Conference with the media claiming he is staying and wants to win big trophies with Arsenal.
“I am really happy here at Arsenal. I have 2 years and half on my contract and I want to CONTINUE here”.
“I want to win big things with Arsenal. If you leave this club and you don’t win anything then the fans will forget about you. I wanna win here”. ( Quotes via Fabrizio Romano)
Born 24th March 2001, Saliba Started his football career at AS Bondy in the year 2008 to 2014, he later joined Montfermeil from 2014 to 2016.
From 2016 to 2018 he joined Saint Etienne junior team and was later promoted to the senior team where he made 16 appearances in the 2018-19 season.
Arsenal signed him in 2019 and sent him back on loan to Saint Etienne for a full season, he was later loaned to Nice and Marseille from 2021 to 2022.
Mikel Arteta recalled him in 2022 summer and made him part of his first eleven. Saliba has since then established himself as one of the world’s best defenders.
